The Master Record Sheet form provides an instant record of a student’s grades in each subject for the year and an attendance record. Information from this form is then transferred to the Permanent/Academic Record (Item 324) at the end of each year. Each form includes the main sheet and two carbon copies. This item includes a package of 50 Master Record Sheets.
